WHAT IS RENTCafé?

This is an online platform where you can now make secure payments and view balances all under one roof!

Set up your account in three simple steps.

To activate your RentCafé account, email rentcafe@vml.ca with the subject line “RentCafe Registration” and the following details:

  • Tenant name(s)

  • Building name
  • Unit #
  • Building Address
  • Email Address

Then you will receive an email to complete these steps:

    Profile registration
  • 2
    Add your bank account details
  • 3
    Set up your payments

What’s Next?

Once activated, RentCafé will provide online access to:

  • 24/7 self-service account management;
  • Check your balance and make payment;
  • Schedule recurring auto-payments for expenses; and
  • Much, much more!
